General Information

Admission to Exhibition
  • Admission is restricted to trade professionals only and there is no charge to visit the exhibition. Please refer to our conference information for delegate costs.
  • To register for a visitor badge to visit the exhibition, you can do so online before show days or on show days with your business card.
  • Visitor badges are non-transferable due to security reasons. You may be asked by security personnel to present proof of identification before entry into the exhibition.
  • Minors aged 17 years and below will not be allowed entry into exhibition halls.
  • All visitors must be in proper attire. Those in shorts and slippers will not be allowed entry.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors who are not appropriately dressed.

Visitor FAQs

QI want to visit the exhibition. How do I register for it?
ABefore Show Days - You may register by sending an email with your personal particulars to gloria@asiafireworks.com along with the title: "Register Me" from March 2013 onwards. Your registration will be processed and if successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 14 working days. Simply bring a print copy of your confirmation email to the Visitor Pre-Registration Counter to collect your visitor badge.

During Show Days - You can obtain a registration form at the Form Filling Counter outside the hall. Fill out the form completely and present it to the Visitor Registration Counter to obtain your visitor badge.
QIs there any entrance fee payable to visit the exhibition?
AThis exhibition is open to trade visitors only and there is no charge to visit the exhibition. If you are interested to attend the conference, there may be a conference fee applicable depending on the sessions that you would like to attend.
QI registered online for the Palmex 2013 exhibition and did not get a reply after 14 working days. How can I check on the status of my online pre-registration?
AEmail to gloria@asiafireworks.com with the subject: Status of Online Pre-Registration, highlighting the name, company and job title used to register online so that we can check on the status of your online pre-registration for the exhibition. We will send a reply to you within 3 working days.
QI would like to be kept updated on Palmex 2013 exhibition. How do I subscribe to be on your mailing list to receive brochures on the exhibition and e-Newsletters for free?
AEmail to gloria@asiafireworks.com with the subject: Add me to Palmex Malaysia 2013 exhibition mailing list, and include your full name (i.e. first name and surname), company, job title, full mailing address, country and email address in your email.
